LongStay does not accept rental payments, deposits, or reservation fees. Agents and property providers are independent third parties. Do not transfer money in advance, even if an agent asks you to. Inspect the property first, verify the agent or agency, and make payment only when signing the rental agreement at the property or at the agency’s verified office.
