Travel Form Saver is LongStay’s independent assistant for saving and reusing form entries. Data enquiries: travelformsaver@longstay.life. This policy covers the extension and its purchase and licensing service on longstay.life.
Forms on your device
The extension reads supported fields of the open form: names, passport and contact details, addresses, family and travel information and answers, including sensitive information if you enter it. It uses the form’s website and route to identify it; the universal module also stores the website address and page title. These data stay local and are used only for drafts, recovery, export and filling. Form contents are not sent to LongStay or the license server.
Storage and deletion
Recovery records last up to 7 days after an edit; expired records are removed on the next access. The selected imported file is stored separately in extension data without that time limit. Exported JSON files are not encrypted by the extension; delete them yourself. Clearing website fields does not delete the file or recovery copy. To remove local data, uninstall the extension at chrome://extensions and separately delete your JSON files. Avoid shared computers for sensitive information.
Purchase, activation and recovery
The website processes your email, verification codes, order number and status, payment address, amount and public transaction details, and license identifier and key. These enable payment, key delivery, purchase recovery, support and abuse prevention. During activation, the extension sends only the license key over HTTPS. The server sees the IP address and technical request information and uses rate limits and technical logs. Purchase records are retained for the perpetual license and its recovery; there is currently no fixed automatic deletion period for orders. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion; we will explain any necessary retention restrictions.
Recipients and third-party services
We use a hosting service to store purchase and license information. To send your verification code, an email service receives your email address and the service message. Form contents are not sent to these services. Configured BNB RPC providers receive queries about public addresses, blocks and transactions, but no form contents. Blockchain records are public and cannot be deleted by our service. The form’s official website receives entered fields under its own rules. The support button opens your email app with the version, selected form and license ID; you send the email yourself. Do not attach passports or full license keys.
Permissions and limited use
Access to supported websites is used to operate on their fields; on other sites you explicitly enable the trial module using activeTab. The debugger permission is used only on TDAC to open custom dropdowns through mouse events; the connection is then closed. Diagnostics are downloaded locally on your command and contain no field values. We do not use analytics, advertising or data sales. Use of data received through Chrome/Google APIs complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
