Email travelformsaver@longstay.life. Include the extension version, country and form, what happened and the steps leading to the error. Do not send passport data, completed forms, seed phrases, private keys or the full license key.
Purchase and license
To locate a purchase, provide the email, order number ORD-… or license ID LIC-…; for payment issues add the TxID and BEP20 network. Recover your key on the payment page after verifying your email. We do not store form contents on our server, so support cannot recover a deleted local file.
